Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Nothing in these Terms excludes eejj's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
eejj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, eejj will return verified real money funds held in your account (net of any amounts subject to pending investigations, chargebacks, or legitimate deductions) within a reasonable period, subject to completed KYC and payment verification.

If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
